Renovation of the drainage system

Instead of traditional precast concrete (CLS) structures, 9000 m² of the cementitious geocomposite TILTEX 7 were installed. This solution eliminated the need for formwork or complex construction work, resulting in reduced transportation impact and lower CO₂ emissions compared to conventional concrete.

TILTEX 7 ensured a sustainable drainage system that is both flexible and adaptable to the terrain. It was chosen as a channel lining in order to achieve durability and efficiency in management of water in the landfill area. The system also offers high resistance to erosion and weather conditions. This approach to stormwater management represents an innovative and environmentally friendly solution.
