Sewer rehabilitation

In the urban area of Bochum there were still open sewers, which urgently needed to be renovated. TILTEX 9 Plus 0,5 was selected as the ideal material for this project.

TILTEX 9 Plus 0,5 is an innovative concrete mat, which due to its stable and flexible surface offers protection, e.g. against erosion.

The simple handling and quick installation make it a costeffective alternative to conventional methods.

Customized

In addition to the standard versions, customized widths and lengths as well as different fleece layers and films can be combined with each other.

Unique properties

It is a fully needled geotextile, consisting of a cement-sand mixture bonded between two layers of geotextiles.

Area of application

Typical areas of application are erosion protection for the drainage of surface water or for lining trenches.

It is a fast and cost-effective solution that provides a natural surface after installation. Due to the non-woven surface, a near-natural surface is possible after only a short laying time.
