Temporary building pit wall protection

Various systems are used to secure excavation pits, depending on the application. As a rule, thin foils are used, which are fixed by means of wooden battens. In the case of steep excavation pit slopes, shoring is normally used or the excavation pit walls are secured against erosion with shotcrete.

TILTEX 9 is a good alternative in relation to all conventional securing systems. The individual sheets can be laid or installed either manually or by means of a laying traverse. Even in excavations that are already inaccessible due to groundwater or rainwater, the excavation walls and, if necessary, the excavation base can be secured.

In conjunction with a laminated HDPE membrane, an absolutely tight and mechanically stable seal can be produced in a single installation operation. Independent of weather conditions, concrete mixer and concrete pump, clean layers can be installed quickly and cost effectively with TILTEX 9.

The spectrum ranges from applications in ditches and hydraulic engineering, to the construction of reservoirs and rainwater retention basins.

In combination with a laminated HDPE membrane an absolutely tight and mechanically stable waterproofing can be produced in one process.
